Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the SelectiveFill service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Prohibited Content and Uses
You must not use SelectiveFill to generate, attempt to generate, store, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. This is a zero-tolerance category. Any suspected CSAM will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, whether real or realistic.
- Deepfakes or realistic manipulated media of identifiable real persons without their consent, particularly where the content could deceive, defame, or harass.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement to violence against any individual or group.
- Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including content intended to impersonate real individuals or organizations.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, image rights, or privacy rights of third parties without authorization.
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs (source images, reference images, prompts) do not violate this AUP. You are also responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before publication or commercial use.
